Here in Oregon, polling booths don’t exist. Everyone in the state will vote by a mail-in ballot. Here’s our experience. Simple, relaxing, and in the comfort of our own home.

Loved the expressions as Brett read the candidate’s names – great poker face! I wish all states did votes by mail like Oregon – Cali offers the choice and I do mine by mail too – and it helps me hit up even the smaller elections i would normally skip. May Obama retire the old cancer-stricken fart with a touch of class, and send the bulldog on iceskates a one-way plane ticket home.
Yee-haw!! Two weeks from today and its in the history books. Requests to vote by mail in Colorado tripled (!) from the last presidential election, and it’s rumored that this will have a huge affect on the outcome.
This is the way it should be. Gone are the days where physical identification as need to prevent fraud. The amount of money wasted on creating polling places is idiotic. Oregon should be the model used for the rest of the country.
